SWIFT Southwest Idaho Fire Training

Offered in a joint effort between Boise District BLM, Boise NF, and Southwest Idaho Dept of Lands to offer local 100-200 level training courses. Listed below are some training classes offered this Spring that are only open to agency personnel. Contact your training specialist for nomination in IQCS.

S236 - HEAVY EQUIPMENT, SINGLE RESOURCE - TRAINING ANNOUNCEMENT & NOMINATION FORM, MAY 17-18, 2022

As of March 2022, we are moving forward with hosting SWIFT the week of May 23-27, 2022, acknowledging that courses may be cancelled due to lack of nominations and/or interest. In addition, we will be following all the CDC and CWI COVID-19 safety protocols.

Offered in partnership with Boise BLM, Boise NF, Southwest Idaho Dept of Lands, and College of Western Idaho (CWI). The training is open to all regular agency employees, AD personnel, cooperators, CWI students and the public.
