May is Wildfire Awareness Month in Idaho

May has been designated Wildfire Awareness Month in Idaho. We encourage you to help us prevent unwanted human caused fires and stay safe this fire season.

Wildfire Prevention Tip of the Day:
Idaho BLM Fire Prevention Order
Starting May 10, the Idaho BLM will start implementing their annual Fire Prevention Order which is applied to all public land throughout Idaho. This Order will stay in effect until October 20, 2013; for specifics on the Order please visit www.blm.gov/id/st/en/prog/fire.html

Office Hours:
7 AM to 7 PM, 7 DAYS a week during fire season (June-October)
Boise Dispatch remains open for extended hours whenever there is ongoing fire activity

8 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday during the off season (November - May)
