BURN PERMITS
The State of Idaho requires burn permits from May 10 through October 20 for the purpose of approved forms of residential open air burning ... refer to Open "Outdoor" Burning Guidelines
The South Central Idaho Interagency Dispatch Center issues State of Idaho burn permits for residential solid waste burning. However, local ordinances concerning burning may supersede state rules and regulations in some areas.

To obtain a State of Idaho Burn Permit - Please call us at 208-886-2373, between the hours of 8 AM and 7:30 PM. During this time of the year we are open 7 days a week.
